Fitness+Video Games=Super Cool
I like the idea of exercising while you have fun. No more mile-long runs just to burn 50 calories. No more tiring walks to strengthen your legs. I bet that you burn at least 200 calories for doing this for about an hour. Awesome game and I think that the age recommendation was wrong on this one. Its not just for 9-11 year olds. It should be from 4-Adult.
